NPI offers a home inspection franchise opportunity with exclusive, protected territories and a turnkey start-up package, complete with the training and equipment needed for your business. You'll attend a two week training program of classroom and field inspection instruction, plus an optional third week of field training with a veteran NPI inspector in our mentor program. NPI's training prepares you to conduct home inspections that meet ASHI standards, and prepares you for the optional National Home Inspector Examination, a requirement for ASHI membership.

NPI will pay up to $300 toward your first year membership in ASHI. NPI's support for franchise owners goes beyond training. NPI also conducts home inspections for third party relocation companies throughout the U.S. and Canada. As a franchise owner, you'll have the opportunity to conduct these relocation inspections in your area.
