KEYS TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE A HOME INSPECTION BUSINESS
Mon., 1/13, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Most home inspectors “wear different hats” and perform many different and sometimes conflicting roles. The presentation emphasizes the importance of understanding those different roles, to support both short-term operations and longer term management responsibilities. The in-depth discussion covers personal commitment and discipline, planning, full business costs, forecasting, performance monitoring, business volume sensitivities and pricing.
