New construction is back and so is the opportunity to perform pre-drywall inspections. You need to prepare before offering pre-drywall inspections because they are not home inspections without drywall. They can be a great source of income, or a great source of liability. The difference lies in knowing what to inspect and what to look for. This session introduces you to the tools you need to better serve your client and to avoid liability. This session shows you what components to inspect, how to identify deficiencies, how to report your findings, and how to manage client expectations.
