HOW TO DEAL WITH MOLD IN HOUSES YOU ARE INSPECTING

Wed., 1/15, 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Specialty/Diversification

This session is designed to give you the benefit of the instructor's extensive experience in home and mold inspections and mold testing. Using real-world cases and photographs you will learn how to respond to mold or suspect mold during a home inspection.

If a mold problem is not controlled quickly, it can be a danger to the occupants of a home, and it can render a building permanently uninhabitable.  Mold is difficult to find and can be tough to get rid of. Mold has been linked to asthma, skin rashes and a host of other symptoms including dizziness, watery eyes, sinus and respiratory infections. Lawsuits involving mold and indoor air quality are becoming more common.
