The Premise:
To provide attendees greater understanding of the software products available in an education setting, and to provide vendors a forum to demonstrate the effectiveness of their wares.

How it works:

• Each participating software vendor will be given the same data including a home inspection report and photos of one home inspection at least 3 months prior to the conference. This data is to be used by all participants and is to be the basis for the software demonstrations.
  
  
• Each vendor will be given an allotted one hour to introduce their “team” and describe how the information is utilized by their system: entered, displayed, reported, etc.
  
  
• The Showcase will be moderated by a referee who will time each segment. When time is up, it is up.
  
  
• An LCD projector, screen and audio equipment will be provided for use by all vendors.
  
  
• Each vendor can provide sample copies of reports using the data to all attendee participants.
  
  
• The Showcase will be held in an education breakout room.
  
  
• The Showcase will be scheduled during exhibition hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (11 hours total) and will not conflict with the timing of educational sessions.
  
  
• We had very positive feedback from last year’s Shootout and we hope you like the new Showcase format this year.
