As the founder of The Home Report, LLC, I have, over the lasts twenty-three years, performed over six thousand inspections throughout the Puget Sound area providing a friendly, informative and thorough assessment for each and every client.  I didn’t learn construction just from a book or an inspection course, but from many years of hands-on building, design and contracting, then many more years as an inspector. Each inspection includes an easily readable, detailed, narrative report and photo report emailed to the client the next day. Previous to becoming an inspector, I had been a general contractor, then an electrical contractor for almost two decades.
