John Bouldin is an ASHI Inspector with over 14 years experience, having conducted over 5000 inspections. He is a trainer of home inspectors around the country as a speaker at professional conventions and conferences. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead & Home Inspectors which oversees the Virginia Certification program for Home Inspectors. Currently serving his second term, he has been appointed to the Board by two successive Governors. John is currently pursuing a PhD in Wood Science at Virginia Tech. |
