John Bouldin earned a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech in 2011, completing a dissertation on the inspection of engineered wood product construction defects. He is an ASHI Certified Inspector with over 18 years experience, having conducted over 5,200 inspections. He is a trainer of home inspectors around the country as a speaker at professional conventions and conferences. He served two terms on the Virginia Board for Asbestos, Lead & Home Inspectors which oversees the Virginia Inspector Certification program.
