Jerry Fox is certified as a Building Inspector by the International Codes Council and the State of Tennessee where he has worked as a building codes official for three municipalities in and around Nashville. He has ten years of inspection experience including new construction and inspection for litigation purposes. His company, ACE Building Consultants, serves the Middle Tennessee region. In addition to being fully certified by ASHI, Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University, a certification in Lead Based Paint Risk Assessment from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an Inspecting Radon Mitigation Systems certificate from Auburn University. |
