Scott has owned and operated a full service property inspection and consulting firm since 1995. In 2006 Scott relocated to the Nashville, TN area and reestablished his business. Since 1995 he has inspected over 5,000 single family homes; 800 EIFS clad homes and buildings and hundreds of commercial buildings. His primary business is centered on residential and light commercial building inspections for individuals purchasing existing homes and commercial buildings.
Scott offers litigation support on legal matters involving residential construction issues, home inspections and light commercial issues. He also performs numerious progress/phase/draw inspections for commercial and residential projects; along with this he also performs asset/lease verifications for various clients.
