Experience: I have been inspecting homes in the Portland area on a full time basis since 1987. My prior experience was working on commercial and residential construction projects. Industry Associations: Founding Member of the Oregon Association of Home Inspectors where I served as President, VP, Board Member, and Chaired the Ethics and Education Committees. Currently a Senior adviser and Education provider. Education: Oregon State University, 1977, BS in Construction Engineering Management. Certification: Oregon Certified Home Inspector #16, Oregon Contractors Lic. #146715 We can provide Radon Screening test kits and schedule an expert to inspect the main sewer line of the home. My goal: Teach you as much about the home as I can.
