With 16 years of experience inspecting homes in northwest Oregon, I have the skill to discover the true condition of your house and teach you all about it. My inspections last 4-5 hours so there�s little chance that I�ll miss any important items. I�m one of the few inspectors in Oregon to write a custom narrative report � I don�t use pre-written boilerplate or check-the-box forms.
I promise three things:
* I�ll inspect the house for you as I would for a member of my own family.
* I�ll write the report to educate and inform you, not to pander to a real estate agent or to appease any other party.
* I won�t accept payment from an unhappy customer. If you�re unhappy with my work, don�t pay me.
