With 21 years of experience inspecting homes in northwest Oregon, I have the skill to discover the true condition of your house and teach you all about it. My inspections last 4-5 hours so there’s little chance that I’ll miss any important items. I’m one of the few inspectors in Oregon to write a custom narrative report – I don’t use pre-written boilerplate or check-the-box forms. I promise three things: * I’ll inspect the house for you as I would for a member of my own family. * I’ll write the report to educate and inform you, not to pander to a real estate agent or to appease any other party. * I won’t accept payment from an unhappy customer. If you’re unhappy with my work, don’t pay me.
