George A Jellison is a retired home builder/ renovation contractor, with 33 year of experience. He has performed over 5000 fee paid inspections in the last 33 years. Each inspection consists of spending about 3 to 4 hours at the property, including walking the roof, when weather permits. The inspection is finalized by reviewing the data and pictures later, then typing a custom written summary. The report is delivered by email, normally within 24 hours. This is followed up by a hard copy in the mail upon request. George Jellison is also a licensed Radon tester, using continuous Radon monitors.
