Richard A. Lafferty is a retired home builder with over 30 years of construction experience. He has personally developed and constructed over 200 single family homes,and has completed several larger condominium,multi-family and commercial developments. He is a specialist in the inspection of larger apartment complexes. Richard Lafferty performs construction inspections for more than 13 banks and mortgage companies. He has performed over 10,000 fee paid inspections in the last 28 years. Each home inspection report consists of 40 to 50 custom written pages. No "check list" type forms are utlized. Richard Lafferty also holds a Radon Measurement License, and a Wood Destroying Insect inspection License.
