Prior to becoming a New York State licensed, professional home inspector, and member of ASHI, Inspector Allan Cooper constructed residential/custom homes for 30+ years. To fine tune his inspection skills, he attended on-site training at Inspection Training Associates (ITA), a Kaplan licensed home inspection school endorsed by ASHI. He is also certified as a Radon Measurement Specialist by the National Radon Safety Board. Annually, a minimum of 20 credits are earned through continuing education courses in the home inspection/building field.
