Allied Building Inspections provides complete structural and systems inspections for any size residential home and small commercial buildings. Small commercial buildings are classified as any building under three stories and 100,000 square feet. Real estate transaction inspections are the majority of our business. The inspections are visual in nature and no destructive testing is done or performed. Our standard full house/building inspection covers all the structural and mechanical components. The narrative style computer generated report is comprehensive and includes color digital photos to back up our findings. The report is easy to read and always available on line the same day. Clients who desire a hard copy, will have their report in the mail the next day.
