Jim Orphanos is a former state environmental engineer and a Senior Level Home Inspector who lives and works on Cape Cod, Falmouth,Massachusetts. He is well known throughout Cape Cod and the Islands for his thorough inspections and 45 page narrative style, e-mailed reports. Jim is the recipient of the ASHI New England "Member of the Year" award (2004); a past member of the ASHI New England Board of Directors and twice Chairman of Education. He is curently an Education Provider for the State Board of Registration of Home Inspectors.
