Mr. Kapoor has 35 years of engineering, architecture, and home inspection experience. As an expert in residential construction he takes a multi-disciplinary approach to performing home inspections and investigating building failures. He specializes in Indoor Air Quality evaluations for clients with Sick Building Syndrome and Building Related Illness. Vimal is a licensed Mold inspector, certified Radon Measurement Specialist, and is past president of the mid-Atlantic chapter of ASHI. He has testified as expert witness on residential construction and mold contamination in buildings. As a building performance analyst, he advises clients on building green and improving energy efficiency.
