Dean Uhler is a Maryland-licensed home inspector, holds a degree in Environmental Engineering and is the treasurer of the Greater Baltimore Chapter of ASHI. He is the area manager for LandAmerica Property Inspection Services for the Baltimore/Washington area, as well as a professional inspector. He was president of Boswell Building Surveys, Inc. until 2006, when that company and its eight inspectors merged with LandAmerica.
