George Fair is president and founder of Mid Atlantic Home Inspections, Inc. and has performed over five thousand residential and light commercial inspections since 1990. He is vice-president and membership chairman of the Greater Baltimore ASHI chapter. He is past president and presently on the board of directors of the Balto Real Estate Investors' Association and is an active real estate investor. George has been listed with the US EPA's radon measurement proficiency program, certified by the Maryland Dept of the Environment as a water sampler and as a lead paint maintenance and repainting supervisor.
