Kerry Parham is a former home builder and licensed general contractor. He is Wichita's longest practicing home inspector (since 1978). In addition to his extensive "hands-on" building experience, he holds both MS & BS degrees (with honors), is a state licensed geologist, state registered home inspector, and is certified by NEHA & the state of Kansas for radon measurement. His inspections are thorough, detailed, and far exceed most minimum standards. Problems identified in the concise typewritten report are well described and documented with high quality photos. Full time office staff are available to answer any questions and schedule your appointment.
