ABOVE BOARD performs mold sampling and consulting services throughout the Naperville, Illinois and surrounding areas . When an initial assessment is performed, ABOVE BOARD will prepare a scope-of-work for the mold remediation that includes digital picture and thermal imaging pictures. Our scope-of-work includes the following information: • Location of building materials that contain elevated moisture • Relative humidity reading throughout the building • Laboratory results of mold sampling (if performed) • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needed • Placement of containment and Air Filtration Devices (AFD) • Structural remediation needed • Content remediation needed • HVAC remediation needed
