Jim Lally is the president of Detailed Inspection Service,Inc. since September 1993. He holds a Supervising electrician license in the City of Chicago.He is a part time instructor and teaches the code certification classes for electrical inspectors for the past sixteen years at the IBEW-NECA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE in Alsip, Il. Jim is a member of the International Assoc. of Electrical Inspectors and holds all 3 certifications. He is also ICC certified as a Commercial Electrical Inspector.
