A seasoned professional, I have completed over 2500 home inspections. A State of Illinois Licensed home inspector I am also certified for Dryvit® or EIFS and Wood Destroying Organism inspections. Prior to inspecting homes, I was employed by an International Building Code Consulting Firm for 5 years inspecting commercial high-rise buildings. I also worked for Underwriters Laboratories Building Materials Division for 8 years testing and evaluating products such as: roofing materials, drywall, fireplaces, floor, wall and ceiling assemblies. As an ASHI Inspector I have met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of The ASHI Experience, a professional home inspection that combines the highest technical skills with superior customer service.
