Dan Cullen started in the building industry in 1976 as an apprentice carpenter and became a journeyman in 1980. Since then he has owned and operated 'Cullen Construction' specializing in remodeling and rehabilitating of older homes in the Beverly area of S.W. Chicago. Dan has also been an investigator and inspector for the Chicago Fire Dept. He has performed thousands of home inspections in the past seven years and is licensed by the State of Illinois to teach home inspecting.
