Bill has a bachelor�s degree from Rollins College and a Masters degree from Emory University. He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified home inspector and holds the �Residential Combination Inspector� (CABO) and �Rehabilitation Inspector� certifications from the International Code Council (ICC). Bill is also a certified mold inspector through the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). Prior to becoming a home inspector Bill owned and operated a construction company for 15 years. The combination gives him 30 years of experience with residential and light commercial buildings.
