Bill has a bachelor’s degree from Rollins College and a Masters degree from Emory University. He is an American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) certified home inspector and holds the “Residential Combination Inspector” (CABO) and “Rehabilitation Inspector” certifications from the International Code Council (ICC). Bill is also a certified mold inspector through the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA).
Prior to becoming a home inspector Bill owned and operated a construction company for 15 years. The combination gives him 30 years of experience with residential and light commercial buildings.
