Scott Berlyoung has worked in the greater Atlanta area since 1999 completing thousands of consultations and inspections. His expertise encompasses re-sale and new home construction, phase and single item reviews, Stucco/EIFS moisture checks, pre-sale consulting, radon measurement both residential and commercial. He holds certifications from National ASHI #206969 as well as ASHI Georgia, GAHI #99034, ICC 5187106-R5 and NEHA #103210RT, being fully code certified, and holds others in home indoor air and radon measurement. Scott is currently a board member of ASHI Georgia serving as Treasurer. He lives in Alpharetta with his family and Jack the "radon" terrier.
