William Stanley Jr. has been inspecting houses since 1994, and is a second generation home inspector - Bill Sr. started the company in 1978 - and it is one of the oldest and most respected home inspection firms in CT. We are not an inspection "mill" - we spend the time necessary to do the inspection properly and answer any questions you may have. We provide a narrative report customized to your house that can be delivered electronically within 48 hours. Home inspections are our only business. We can provide radon testing (continuous monitor only) and can arrange for any other services you may require (e.g. termite inspection, water testing, septic inspection, etc.)
