Hotel Reservations for

Arizona Biltmore
All conference events will be held at the conference hotel – The Arizona Biltmore. To make the conference possible at this location, ASHI has negotiated with the hotel a special conference room rate of $165 single/double.
Resort Fee Waived
The hotel normally charges guests a $28 per day per room Resort Fee – HOWEVER, ASHI has negotiated for this fee to be totally waived. You will receive the benefits of the Resort Fee (guestroom high speed internet, access to the Biltmore fitness center, use of the putting course, local calls, long distance access fees and shuttle service to the Biltmore Fashion Park) without paying for it.
Please also note that even though it may indicate on your hotel reservation confirmation form that the Resort Fee will be added at checkout – it will NOT be.

Note on the hotel reservation form that the overall conference period extends from Monday, January 2 through Sunday, January 8, 2012. If you are interested in arriving earlier or staying longer, ASHI has arranged for the special $165 room rate between Friday, December 30, 2011 and Wednesday, January 11, 2012 – subject to first come first serve availability.
